What do you most like about working with LR Events (Lucy)?
I have felt we are in incredibly safe (& creative) hands running our events through LR Events. Always adding extra ‘sparkle’ to each event, Lucy has been extremely punctual, reliable and always cross referencing all items to ensure there are no mishaps on the event day. Although Lucy is acting as a consultant for us, she operates like she is a true extension of our business which has really assisted in getting the best result for each event she has delivered.
Has she delivered events in the past that you have been happy with?
Lucy has run large scale events (600+ Pax) through to Spring Racing Events and smaller boutique style high end events for our business – we have been extremely happy with everything from the concept planning stage through to implementation and post event follow up. Lucy is very open to receiving feedback which I think has also been a great strength in allowing her business to continue to grow year on year.
Do you find her ideas creative and 'on brand'?
Absolutely! We run essentially the same line of events year on year, & Lucy has managed to make each event annually feel new and innovative. She has a great creative eye and thinks of those ‘extra special’ things that can take an event from being great to sensational….
Is she good at time management/budgets?
100% - Everything has run on or actually under budget since LR Events has taken on the management of our events. Lucy is always one step ahead of us in terms of her thinking relating to time and risk management – hence all events have been extremely smooth. Our finance team has commented on how efficiently Lucy runs the administrative side of her business – with extremely efficient, punctual and accurate processes.
